Dr. Putter is a graduate of Binghamton University and SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. She completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at NYU Medical Center/Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Putter has been with Pediatric Associates since 1995. Dr Putter sees patients in the Brooklyn office.
